RentaL POLICY

The Client will provide Picture Time with the venue, location, and time and will also pre-arrange an appropriate space to set up the photo booth (Picture Time requires an area of about 15’Wx15’Lx15’H.). The Client will make sure there are no obstacles that will make set up and access unachievable. Picture Time will arrive 2-3 hours before the scheduled start time to set up unless otherwise requested.  Electrical requirement of a standard 110V electrical outlet within 50 feet of location is required (cord will be provided and secured safely). If the client does not have access to electricity upon arrival and causes a delay in the originally agreed-upon start time, the rate and end time remains the same. The client may request additional time for a correlating fee (full-hour rates only if available).

A 25% non-refundable deposit is to be paid to Picture Time upon booking along with the signed Rental Contract. A booking can only be confirmed once the 25% non-refundable payment and signed Rental Contract are received. The date will remain open until the non-refundable payment and signed Rental Contract are received. The remaining balance will be paid in full to Picture Time 24 hours before delivery. No equipment will be set up until full payment is received. Any request for a date change after the deposit is given must be mutually agreeable and made in writing with an updated and signed Rental Agreement and is not guaranteed. *Full Payment is only returned to the client if the event is unable to take place due to an Act of God (severe weather) or a fault of which is fully the responsibility of Picture Time (equipment/ vehicle failure or malfunction).

Please note that PICTURE TIME reserves the rights to ANY photographs and footage taken by PICTURE TIME (PT), without expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. These will be used by PT for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website, and in social media, or any third-party publication. If you’d rather your event photos not be made public, please let Picture Time know in writing. *Hosts are given high-resolution digital files of all images via Google Docs 3 days after the event. Please contact the event organizer or contact PT directly at picturetimetoronto@gmail.com in writing if you wish to be exempted from this activity, and please include a photograph.

(To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian)

The Client acknowledges that he/she shall be responsible for any damage or loss to Picture Time equipment caused by misuse/damage by clients or its guests, beyond reasonable wear and tear. Damage shall not be limited to but includes physical, food/drink, or power surge-related incidents resulting in broken equipment. The client agrees that reimbursement will be made within 30 days of damage in the form of replacement or value, as determined by an independent appraiser.

The client will indemnify Provider against any and all liability associated with the use or content of pictures taken within Picture Time.
ACCESS TO A STANDARD POWER OUTLET WITHIN 50’ OF SETUP IS REQUIRED.
